Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) served notices to chairman NAB, Auditor General (AG), federal and Punjab government in respect of 56 companies mega corruption scandal and sought details till November 6.
According to media reports, single bench of LHC led by justice Shahid Karim on Wednesday took up for hearing the petition filed against billion of rupees corruption in 56 companies constituted by Punjab government .
The petitioner took stance that the Punjab government committed corruption of billion of rupees in aforementioned companies.
The petitioner told the court that Punjab government has no right to constitute these companies and prayed that the court should nullify these companies and issue order to conduct investigation into the matter.
