Islamabad: (Parliament Times) Former information minister government of AJK and chairman public accounts committee Sardar Abid Hussain Abid on Tuesday visited different districts of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in connection with his election campaign wherein voters have expressed their full faith on his leadership and assured him their all out support in the elections.
During his visit to Mirpur, Kotli Bhimber, Rawalakot and Muzaffarabad Abid held detailed meetings besides presenting the manifesto of progressive panel to the voters. While reiterating his resolve to serve the masses, Abid said that all our efforts would be made to address the issues faced by the members of Jammu Kashmir Housing Society.
Abid who is contesting elections for chairmanship of the Housing Society as a member of Progressive Panel said this assured the participants of the meeting that he will make sure the full implementation of manifesto in case he was elected. He said Progressive Panel was committed to undertake all development work including construction of roads in all sectors of G-15 besides providing other basic amenities to the residents of Jammu and Kashmir Co-operative Housing Society. He said that the progressive panel will never let down its voters and supporters
