Islamabad: In order to mange work load and to cope with temporary shortage of teachers in government educational institutions of federal capital, implementation on rationalization policy has been started.
According to media reports, under this policy, transfers of 57 teachers of Grade 9 to Grade 18 have been made in the first phase. In the notification issued by Federal Directorate of Education it has been said that in the light of notification issued by federal secretary Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) on April 3, 2017, extra teachers that were appointed in Sector Urban I and Urban II (G-6, G-7, G-8, G-9 etc) government schools should be transferred in rural sectors schools having lower number of teachers.
Teachers who have been transferred in rural sectors schools including Muhammad Asif, Khalid Ayub, Abdul Hakeem, Imdad Ali, Wazir Khan, Bashir Ahmad, Bilqees Jabeen, Zubaida Kulsoom, Khalida Hassan, Masooda Sultana, and others.
Teachers were directed to report in new institutions within three days while in case of any violation strict action will be taken against them.
