Muzaffarabad: (Parliament Times)  The Special Communication Organization (SCO) has successfully upgraded and replaced its GSM Network in the region of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan (GB). Last year, we have heard about Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) efforts that it has announced 3G/4G spectrum auction in both AJK and GB. And now the network up-gradation in this regard has been done by SCO so hope that we will hear soon about the arrival of Mobile Broadband (MBB) in both AJK &GB.
