Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has issued the notices to National Accountability Beaureu (NAB) and Attorney General (AG) regarding the petition filed seeking volume 10 of PANAMA-JIT by International Firm Broadsheet LLC.
A 2-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Sheikh Azmat Seed took up the case regarding the petition filed by International Firm Broadsheet LLC seeking volume 10 of PANAMA-JIT on Tuesday.
The lawyer of the petitioner of the firm Latif Khosa said during the hearing that the hearing in London is underway and it has been conducted from 16 to 19th July
ëíThe decision of SC is awaited in London court as London Court will decide after the decision of Pakistani Supreme Courtíí, he added.
Court has adjourned the hearing for 15 days while issuing the notices to NAB and AG.
It is to be mention that International Firm Broadsheet has filed the petition seeking JIT volume 10 taking the stance that NAB has taken the information of foreign assets with the help of Firm.
