ISLAMABAD: Law Minister Syed Ali Zafar has said he will welcome suggestions from the legal fraternity to improve the judicial system all over the country.
He was addressing a huge gathering of Bar Associations from across Pakistan in a ceremony to distribute 33 million rupees among the Bars.
Syed Ali Zafar said he is fully aware of the problems of Legal community and will try to do whatever is needed in the time and resources available to him.
Speaking at the occasion, representatives of various Bars appreciated the efforts of Law Minister for legal community and assured him their full cooperation for the resolution of problems being faced by the Country.
The Various Bars also requested him to visit them and share his respective thoughts with them.
Meanwhile, Caretaker Punjab Law Minister Zia Haider called on Federal Law Minister Syed Ali Zafar in Islamabad today (Wednesday).
They exchanged views on mutual cooperation regarding upcoming general elections.
The Provincial Minister informed the federal minister about complaints regarding disposal of cases.
They also reviewed that mechanism to monitor the performance of courts and tribunals for early disposal of cases.
The Federal Minister assured that suggestions regarding smooth functioning of courts and tribunals for early disposal of cases will bring under consideration.
