Islamabad: (Parliament Times) Moulana Ameer Zaman, Federal Minister for Postal Services and Prominent Leader of Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam (F) Baluchistan has strongly condemned the shameless Islamabad attack on the News Correspondent Ahmed Noorani and termed it a coward act of terrorism.
Moulana Ameer Zaman said that it was not an attack on Ahmed Noorani but it was an attack on the entire journalistic community of Pakistan who are working with the spirit of dedication to expose evils of our society. He said media is a strategic pillar of the Government such dastard attempts may not succeed in hampering the reporters in Pakistan to report the truth.
He added that Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam (F) holds the journalistic community of Pakistan in high esteem and always regard them as legendary heroes of homeland.
On this occasion, Moulana Ameer Zaman, Federal Minister expressed his personal sympathies with the News Correspondent Ahmed Noorani and prayed for his quick recovery and longevity. He also encouraged Noorani and the entire journalistic community of Pakistan to work with new resolve tirelessly for the cause of Journalism in Pakistan and join hands with Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam (F) to avert anarchy from the country.
He further added that Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam (F) Balochistan is against all forms of terrorism and extremism in the country. He also condemned the recent powerful landmine explosion at Harnai Shahrag Road that resulted in the tragic death of ANP Leader Abdul Razzaq and other valuable lives.
He said JUI (F) Baluchistan is working very closely with the Government of Pakistan to root out terrorism from Baluchistan. He said Baluchistan is his heart beat and wishes to see Baluchistan Province completely free from all sorts of terrorism and a safe haven for economic prosperity of the local people thru successful implementation of CPEC Agenda of the Government of Pakistan.
