Polyclinic doctors’ shortage issue solved

Islamabad: Federal Government Services Hospital, Polyclinic doctors’ shortage problem has been solved and currently number of doctors available in hospital.
Earlier hospital was facing the shortage of doctors as available doctors that are working in three shifts facing number of problems. Sources stated that in duty roster few doctors were performing day and night duties. Executive Director Polyclinic Dr. Shahid Hanif has stated that appointments of more doctors have been made on the personal interest and sincere efforts of State Minister for Capital Administration and Development Authority (CAAD) Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhary. “Now patients are getting timely treatment owing to the availability of enough doctors in hospital, he added.

Responding a question he stated that hospital is now facing the nurses’ shortage issue and summary in this regard has already submitted to CAAD ministry. Hope this problem would be solved soon, he added. Moreover, he stated that special measures would be taken in future to make this hospital role model.
