Islamabad The mother of eight year orphan girl, who was rapped at Attock appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) to take suo moto notice to provide justice to her daughter .
She was taking to media outside the Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday. She held her neighbor Nisar responsible for incident.
“My daughter is a class two students, our neighbor has assaulted her. There were many people who saw accused running after committing crime and his family appealed us for not filing a case against him. I am poor and widow women, I am not getting justice from this system,” she added.
Mother of victim said that incident took place on 25 February and doctors and police spoiled the case, due to this accused has been released on bail.
She appealed to CJP to provide her justice so that the accused can be stopped from committing further crime.
The mother and her eight years old victim daughter became gloomy while appealing to CJP.
