Muzaffarabad: Ceasefire violations and un-provoked firing by Indian force from across the line of control on Nakyal sector of Kotli has left 1 dead and 6 injured.
According to details, one dead and 6 injured have been reported by local administration.
Intensive mortar shelling resulted in death of Malik Abdul Khaliq son of Malik Abdul Razzaq hailing from Balakot Nakyal.
While other six persons including names Kalsoom Aziz, Ahsan Karim, Ghulam Fatima, Nasreen Akhtar and Kalsoom Mehmood hails from the same district were wounded due to heavy firing and mortar shells.
Meanwhile, Pak Army gave befitted response to Indian firing in Nakyal sector. According to Assistant Commissioner Nakyal, all injured were shifted to Tehsil Headquarter Hospital THQ Nakyal for treatment. Un-provoked firing and shelling by Indian army along Line of Control and working boundary have been observed right after the speech of PM Pakistan in General Assembly of UN.
Recent ceasefire violations by Indian armed forces started from 21st September on peace day as a result 2 civilians were martyred and 2 injured who were later on shifted to THQ hospital Nakyal.
