Islamabad : The Accountability Court (AC) has adjourned the hearing of flagship reference filed against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif till March 07.
The Accountability court judge Muhammad Bashir Khan has conducted the hearing of the reference on Monday. The defense lawyer during the hearing has completed the cross examination on witness of prosecution.
Former Premier Nawaz Sharif has appeared before the court under tight security, marked his presence. The court has allowed him to go while accepting his request.
During the course of the hearing, the prosecution witness Abdul Hannan has recorded his statement before the court and Khawaja Haris, counsel of Sharif family has cross examined him. Abdul Hannan in his statement told the court that I do not personally know the person who verified the foreign and common wealth on document and also do not know the authorized officer who provided document about offshore companies.
Later, the court has adjourned the hearing till March 7.
