Jeddah,(Parliament Times):Saudi Arabia based social and business personality, President of the Coordination Committee, Chief Organizer of the Jammu and Kashmir Overseas Community, and Finance Secretary of the Pakistan Investors Forum, Raja Muhammad Riaz Feroz, has obtained the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Premium Residency Card.

The Premium Residency is a special status issued by the Saudi government to eligible investors who meet the required criteria. It serves as an alternative to permanent iqama and provides long-term residency rights in the Kingdom. The card also enables holders to conduct certain business activities not generally permitted for foreign nationals and allows them to travel in and out of Saudi Arabia without prior exit-reentry permission.

Raja Muhammad Riaz Feroz’s life reflects a journey of struggle and determination. After completing his education up to grade eight, he worked in various restaurants in Islamabad. In 1983, he moved to Kuwait for employment, where he worked as a labourer and engaged in agricultural work until 1986. He later traveled to Saudi Arabia on an Umrah visa and has since been residing in Jeddah. His children were born and raised there.

Over the years, he faced several hardships before emerging as a well-known social and business figure within the overseas Pakistani community.

He stated that he intends to work on addressing water scarcity in his native area, describing it as a form of ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) for himself and his late parents. He added that he would arrange water boring and storage facilities wherever possible.A cake-cutting ceremony was held in Jeddah to mark the occasion, attended by prominent community figures and associates. Participants congratulated Raja Muhammad Riaz Feroz on his achievement and extended their best wishes.
