Islamabad,(Parliament Times):Deputy Secretary General of the Women’s Wing of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Samina Saeed, has formally announced the launch of a membership campaign in District Rawalpindi, stating that the initiative is not merely about increasing numbers but represents an intellectual and practical movement aimed at strengthening the system of the Qur’an and Sunnah in society.
Addressing the gathering, she said, “We aim to reach every heart that beats for goodness, reform, and the supremacy of faith.”
She further emphasized that membership is, in essence, a (invitation) journey—one that begins with the individual, extends to the family, and ultimately leads to the reformation of society.
Samina Saeed urged women to actively participate in the campaign and utilize their abilities for the promotion of Islam. She remarked, “When women awaken, the entire society transforms—and that is the true objective of our struggle.”
Speaking at an Eid Milan gathering for teachers of Daurah-e-Qur’an in Rawalpindi, she also outlined a comprehensive plan to advance the “Qur’an for Every Heart” campaign more effectively. She noted, “Connecting with the Qur’an is not a temporary act; it is a continuous commitment that must become part of our lives.”
She reaffirmed the resolve to carry the message of “Qur’an for Every Heart” to every household and sustain it as an ongoing movement.
She added, “Teachers of Daurah-e-Qur’an are the foundation of this mission, and through them we can shape the intellectual development of future generations.”
The dignified event was attended by Nazima of Northern Punjab Women’s Wing, Samina Ahsan, along with other office bearers and workers. During the ceremony, the membership campaign in District Rawalpindi was officially launched, with a renewed commitment to make it successful and to deliver the message of Islam to every individual.
