Through Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts, a temporary ceasefire between the United States, Israel, and Iran has helped avert a major catastrophe in the region.
Thanks to the mediation and strategic diplomacy of Prime Minister Mian Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal General Asim Munir, the region has been saved from the brink of war. The United States, Iran, and Israel have agreed to a two-week ceasefire. Iran has also announced the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
