Muzaffarabad,(Parliament Times): Midland Doctors Medical Institute Muzaffarabad has achieved another milestone! Regular eye surgeries at MDMI have started from February 2026.
(MDMI) Tandali organized a Free Eye Surgical session as part of its ongoing commitment to provide quality healthcare services to underprivileged communities. The initiative reflects the institute’s dedication to ensuring that deserving patients receive proper medical treatment regardless of their financial circumstances.
The camp was led by renowned ophthalmologist Dr. Saman, along with the dedicated medical team of MDMI. During the camp, successful cataract surgeries were performed for patients suffering from vision problems. In addition to the surgeries, an Outpatient Department (OPD) service was also conducted where numerous patients received detailed eye examinations and consultations.
Many of the patients who attended the camp belong to remote areas and could not afford proper medical care or travel long distances for treatment. Understanding these challenges, Midland Doctors Medical Institute provided free medical checkups, surgical procedures, and essential medicines to ensure these individuals received the care they needed.
