    MIRPUR (AJK),(Parliament Times):
March  1st : US-based acting Chairman of the Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front  (Yasin Malik) Raja Muzaffar has voiced deep concern over the reported Taliban aggression against Pakistan that has escalated into a full-scale war.
In a statement reaching and released to the media here on Sunday,  Muzaffar, also Chairman of the Peace Committee on Kashmir at the Dallas Peace and Justice Center,  expressed alarm at the spiraling conflict between Afghanistan and Pakistan, noting the heavy loss of life and the threat it poses to regional peace and stability. Raja Muzaffar condemned the actions of the Taliban government, describing the war as a dangerous development for the entire South Asian region.
“The people of Indian Illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, who have endured decades of conflict and suppression, are deeply impacted whenever regional tensions rise,” Muzaffar said. He warned that India’s political and military involvement in Afghanistan further risks widening the crisis and could lead to greater instability and human suffering.
Raja Muzaffar emphasized the need for global intervention to promote restraint and dialogue among all parties, urging the international community to act before the situation deteriorates further.
“We cannot remain silent in the face of this unfolding human tragedy. Every human life matters whether in Kabul or Srinagar. The world must replace militarism and confrontation with dialogue, justice, and empathy to prevent further suffering,” he said.
The statement concluded with a call for peace through cooperation, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to human dignity and life across all borders.
