Quetta,(Parliament Times): Senior Provincial Minister of Balochistan, member of the Central Committee of the Pakistan Peoples Party and Parliamentary Leader, as well as Provincial Minister for Irrigation, Mir Muhammad Sadiq Umrani, has extended heartfelt greetings to all citizens on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan.
He said that Almighty Allah has granted us the opportunity to observe the fasts of Ramadan once again in our lives, for which we must express our gratitude. Highlighting the spiritual significance of Ramadan, he said that the purpose of fasting is to attain piety and earn the pleasure of Allah.
The minister urged people to pay special attention to the needs of their relatives, neighbors, and the less fortunate during the blessed days of Ramadan so that no one faces hardship or difficulty.
He further emphasized that while Muslims engage in prayers and supplications during Sehar and Iftar for personal needs, they should also remember their province and country in their prayers, seeking development, prosperity, and improvement of conditions. He prayed that Almighty Allah protects the nation from all kinds of dangers and guides the country toward progress and stability.
