Qaiser Mehmood further told that he was strolling his best from pillar
to post between police stations Attock Khurd and Rangoo to ascertain
the whereabouts of his son but police did not extend any legal
cooperation to see his son remained under the police custody. When
contacted the SHO Mr. Mohammad Ehsan Sub Inspector by hour scribe who
told they were interrogating the suspect under PPC section 302.
However, the police did not produce him before the respective
magistrate within 24 hours and even did not obtain any extension as
per law till filing of this story. The complainant Mr. Qaiser Mehmood
demanded of the Inspector General Punjab Police Dr. Usman Anwar to
proceed against the delinquent police officials of the Rangoo Police
besides releasing his unblemished son from the clutches of the police
    with honour and dignity.
