Muzaffarabad, (Parliament Times) : Pakistan Tehreek -e -Insaf Azad Kashmir launched a constitutional and legal battle against floor crossing and submitted a formal reference to the Speaker Assembly Chaudhry Latif Akbar against the four -fired members.
The devout members were elected on the PTI ticket and changed the loyalty of the party and promoted the loot Christie.
Akmal Sargala, Rafiq Nayyar, Javed Butt and Ali Shan Soni include those who promote the loot Christie.
PTI’s central, divisional,
District, Tehsil, City post Durran, Syed Azhar Ali Gilani, Atiq Mir, Element Pirzada, Akhlaq al -Rasool, and others told reporters,
These people have committed treachery from their mandate morally, politically and democratically.
A person who came to the House with votes on a party ticket, has no right to change his loyalties under interest or pressure.
If the voice of his conscience was really awakened, he would first resign from the Assembly membership, then would have joined the party whose heart wanted.
He said that there is a regular law against floor crossing in Azad Kashmir, but unfortunately for the past few years, such a makrooh tradition has been born by such a “loot Christie”, he said.
Which has not only damaged democratic values but has also severely damaged state dignity and public trust.
The series should be closed now. Durran, the post of Pakistan Tehreek -e -Insaf Azad Kashmir, added that today we have made a practical effort to close this notorious chapter by filing a reference.
Speaker Azad Kashmir Assembly is constitutionally bound to send this reference to the Election Commission within the stipulated period,
Where these devout members can be declared as de -set or disqualified.
He said in clear words that the recent political history of Pakistan is a witness that those who are unfaithful to Imran Khan, not only fall from the eyes of the people but also suffer from a terrible political end.
In Azad Kashmir, the same “loot” will be the same. People are now conscious,
Ideological politics, merit and the supremacy of justice is the future of the region.
