Muzaffarabad, (Parliament Times) : Jamila Khatoon, Central Joint Secretary of PML-N Women’s Wing, said that Ittihad Welfare Organization is doing very positive social work in Muzaffarabad and thinking for the backward classes of society. She expressed these views while talking to journalists during her visit to the social organization.
During the visit, she also inspected the organization’s office, computer section, and beautician skill center (beauty parlor). She said that the Chairman of Ittihad Welfare Organization, Raja Parvez, and his team, including the in-charge of the beautician section, computer section, and other volunteers, are doing excellent work. Our society needs such social workers.
She further said that the way Atif Hashmi, in-charge of the computer section, and the trainer in-charge of the beautician section are providing training is commendable. The organization has worked with government institutions, including the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Community Development Program, DRU, National Ruler Support Program, World Food Program, and other national and international organizations. Over 500 men and women have benefited from the organization’s training.
She emphasized that people need to cooperate with such organizations so that we can make our society’s individuals skilled and enable them to stand on their own feet. The organization desires to expand its scope, and it is hoped that in the coming years, the organization’s skills development centers will be present in every village of Azad Kashmir .
