I am writing to express concern over the unbearable heat currently affecting Turbat. The extreme temperatures here are not only uncomfortable but also pose serious threats to health and daily life. For those who live in Turbat, the reality of this heat is beyond imagination. Temperatures soar so high that simply stepping outside becomes a challenge. This intense heat can lead to a range of health issues including heat exhaustion, dehydration, fatigue, headaches, dizziness, and in more severe cases, heatstroke. It also causes constant discomfort, weakness, and irritability among residents. Living in such conditions is not easy, and it is crucial for everyone to take proper precautions. Staying hydrated, avoiding direct sunlight during peak hours, and seeking cooler environments are essential steps for staying safe. Let us raise awareness about the seriousness of this situation and encourage everyone to take care of themselves and others during these harsh weather conditions.
