AJK achieves major breakthrough in Housing Sector Harmonious to the need of modernage:
MIRPUR (AJK), (Parliament Times) : Azad Jammu Kashmir’s lake-side picturesque city of Mirpur Saturday achieved a major breakthrough in the real estate sector after the world-fame City Housing Developers group launched first phase of the world-class City Housing scheme at the parephary of Mangla dam near Kaakra town, harmonious to the need of the modern age by holding the formal earthbreaking ceremony.
“Only Jammu Kashmir state subject persons will be eligible to buy the residential or commercial plots in the newly launched state of the art Mirpur City Housing Scheme under the prevailing strict state subject rules and law of the land in Azad Jammu Kashmir”, he categorically declared while responding to a question raised by this Correspondent.
Our Special Jammu and Kashmir state Correspondent Altaf Hamid Rao reports from Mirpur that while addressing a press conference along with other officials of the national Housing group, Rana Zahid, Country Head of thr City Housing at KashmirPressClub here Saturday said that their organisation have obtained all the due NOCs required for the newly-launched grand City Housing Scheme being built on an area of 4,000 kanals of land. He asserted that the society will be developed in accordance with international standards.
He continued that earlier, similar eight Housing schemes projects have been completed by the City Housing Real Estate group in Jhelum, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and other cities in Punjab province, wherein “we are providing a luxurious lifestyle, housing facilities matching to the need of modern age”, he added.
” We have given Asia’s largest recreation park and dancing fountain in JhelumCity Housing Project, besides about a dozen international brands of food chains were working there on an international-standard scale”, he underlined.
The country Director said that the scheme has been launched on 4,000 kanals of land under phased programme. ” At the first leg of the gigantic programe, first phase of the project has been launched on 892 kanal of land since the NOCs from all related state governmentdepartmentshave been obtained to ensure uninterrupted constructionwork, he revealed.
” We had promised to the buyers and intending buyers that no work will be done on the spot without obtaining NOCs from all the institutions”, the country director underlined addeing that the company have secured due NOCs from all the institutions.
Rana Zahid said that his real estate group will fulfill all the rules and regulations laid down by the AJK government. For this purpose, Commissioner Mirpur Division has aleeady issued formal code of conduct under the law of the land and under the agreement reached with the local authorities, thousands of local people will be provided employment and no plot or file will be sold to any non-local or non-state person, he declared.
Elaborating, Rana further said that Mirpur’s project has been designed on international pattern and it will be made better and more exemplary than other projects.
” A mega zoo park, water park will also be built since it will be an international-styled project. He said that construction work has since been started on the spot from Saturday after the earth work ceremony.
“This is our first project in Kashmir. After making it unprecedented, we will also start other similar housing projects in Azad Jammu Kashmir, since the group was determined to provide a luxurious lifestyle to the people of Mirpur an international-fame city.
“We have provided all the required documents to Commissioner Mirpur Division and the administration, he told a questioner.
Rana said that the final price of the plots will be collected in installments, while no development charges will be taken from the allottees
