Srinagar, (PR) : Chairman karwani e Khatmi-e-Nubuwwat International Mufti Mudasir Ahmad Qadri expressing deep concern over the escalating tension and near-war situation between India and Pakistan. Mufti Mudasir Ahmad Qadri, stated that war can never be a solution to any issue. Instead, it brings hunger, disease, death, and the destruction of property.

He highlighted the tragic plight of people living in border areas of Jammu & Kashmir, where constant shelling between the two nations has resulted in devastation, displacement, irreparable loss of innocent lives, and widespread destruction of homes and livelihoods.
Mufti Mudasir Qadri urged both countries to exercise restraint and resolve their issues through dialogue and peaceful means. He called upon the leadership and political representatives of both nations to refrain from wasting national resources on war expenditures and instead focus on the welfare of their citizens — investing in education, healthcare, and employment.
Expressing sorrow and sympathy for the victims of border violence, he stated that in today’s world, our foremost battle should be against hunger, disease, and unemployment — not against each other.
Mufti Mudasir Qadri also expressed grave concern over the continued house detention of Mirwaiz Dr. Molvi Mohammad Umar Farooq, stating that preventing him from offering prayers at Jamia Masjid amounts to interference in religious affairs and a restriction on personal freedom.
In conclusion, he extended heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the border residents who have suffered tremendous loss of life and property due to the ongoing hostilities.
