MIRPUR ( AJK) ( Parliament Times): ‘Tehreek-e-Kashmir’ United Kingdom chapter President and head of the All Parties Alliance UK Faheem Ahmed Kayani said here Friday night that until Muzaffarabad, which stands as the zero point of the Kashmir freedom struggle, does not take any action, even international efforts could not bear fruit towards the early settlement of Kashmir issue.
Our Special Jammu Kashmir state Correspondent Altaf Hamid Rao reports that while ddressing a reception hosted in honour of his delegation here, by Jamaat-e-Islami Mirpur, Kiyani said that the Tehreek-e-Kashmir Kashmir UK, Europe was actively engaged in struggle for freedom Of Kashmir from Indian yoke perfotming its role with full vigor in America and rest of the world.
“Kashmiri leaders are in chains in Illegally Indian occupied Jammu Kashmir since Modi was committing all kinds of atrocities and state terrorism unleashed against the freedom mongering innocent Kashmiris”, he said and declared that no strategy could be effective until the struggle for freedom was started with full force from the base camp of Azad Jammu Kashmir.
The Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK President continued that Jamaat-e-Islami was moving ahead with the movement in its own way in Azad Jammu Kashmir, occupied Kashmir, Pakistan and India itself. “But until all kinds of differences are forgotten and mutual unity and agreement are not moved forward, it is not possible to achieve the goal of freedom”, he observed.
He further said that enemy has focussed on Azad Jammu Kashmir, the base camp of freedom struggle all eyes are on it, but all evil eyes on AJK will be thwarted with full vigor.
The Kashmiri leader said that an economically strong Pakistan and strong Pakistan Army are the guarantors of freedom of Kashmir from the unlawful occupation of India. “Today, Modi is threatening to attack Pakistan using the Pahalgam false flag operation as a justification, but due to Pakistan’s befitting response and stance, he has been forced, by his own nation, to think a hundred times before launching any aggression against Pakistan or Azad Jammu Kashmir.
The Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK chief Fahim Kayani was accompanied by President of Tehreek-e-Kashmir Europe Chaudhry Muhammad Ghalib, President of Tehreek-e-Kashmir Scotland Raja Muhammad Hanif and Raja Muhammad Arif, Chairman Ayesha Masjid Readling UK who also addressed the reception ceremony and mentioned the historical struggle of the Kashmiri movement in Europe and Scotland.
Speakers while paying rich tributes to the high spirit and struggle of the Kashmiris for liberation of the motherland from Indian forced and unlawful occupation. They recalled that Pakistan was established in the name of Islam and the entire Islamic world looks upon it.
They said that kashmiris salute the spirit of the Pakistan Army and stand united with the Pakistan Army every where and every time for the defence of inch after inch of the motherland in case of any misadventure from across the international borders and the lone of control.
Speakers strongly condemned the atrocities in Gaza and said that Pakistani and Kashmiri Diaspora donated millions of pounds from the UK and Europe to help Gaza, Palestine, Pakistan, Azad Kashmir and oppressed Muslims around the world, which stands as our religious duty.
Earlier in his address of welcome, the chief host and leaderof Jamaat-e-Islami Mirpur, Dr. Riaz Ahmed, lauded the Pakistani and Kashmiri Diaspora community fir highlighting the Kashmir issue raising the need od early peaceful settlement of the much delayed ossue.
Eminent intellectual Professor Basharat Elahi performed also addressed the ceremony, attended by all segments of the civil society including businessmen, Senior journalists, lawyers, academic and social figures, as well as people from print and electronic media in large numbers. Ends.
