Allah has created humans as the best of creatures and blessed them with the ability to speak. I have always written based on my experiences or referenced sources, striving to convey the truth. The existence of languages and their evolution over time have led to various dialects and terminologies. Research has shown that language dialects change every few kilometers. For instance, English has different dialects in America, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, yet it’s considered a single language globally. Recently, the Gojri language has been introduced as an optional subject in middle school leavel .This means that people who understand or promote Gojri can now teach it to their children as an optional subject. This development is a welcome step, as it encourages people to reconnect with their local languages. The positive aspect of this initiative is that it promotes local languages and cultures. If people are interested in learning a specific language, they can approach the school administration or local government representatives to introduce it as a subject. It is crucial for us to work together to promote our local languages and cultures. Scientific research suggests that children who learn in their native language tend to perform better. If we love our mother tongue, we must play a positive role in promoting it. As a columnist, I have always strived to promote positivity and encourage people to adopt good habits. As Muslims, we are all brothers and sisters, and Allah loves those who have the best character. May Allah grant us the ability to take positive actions for the betterment of society during this blessed month of Ramadan. Ameen!
