Jeddah :A prestigious Iftar dinner was hosted by young businessman Asim Rafiq Jutt from Burewala in honor of renowned journalist Mian Fazal Elahi and senior anchorperson Shahid Maitla, who are visiting Saudi Arabia on a special invitation from the Saudi government.
The event was attended by former Federal Minister Chaudhry Shehbaz Ahmed, former Advisor to the Chief Minister of Punjab for Overseas Affairs Chaudhry Azhar Warraich, Chairman of PML-N Chaudhry Akram Gujjar, office bearers of the Pak Media Journalists Forum, and other prominent community figures.
During the event, Chairman of the Pak Media Journalists Forum, Chaudhry Noor-ul-Hassan Gujjar, warmly welcomed the distinguished guests, acknowledged their journalistic contributions, and introduced them to the attendees. He also congratulated Mian Fazal Elahi and Shahid Maitla on performing Umrah.
Expressing their gratitude, the guests appreciated the hospitality of Asim Rafiq Jutt and the participants. They emphasized that overseas Pakistanis are the country’s valuable asset and serve as ambassadors of Pakistan abroad. They stressed the importance of unity, cooperation, and mutual support among expatriates in both business and social spheres to enhance their families’ and Pakistan’s reputation.
