London, (PR) : Presidential Advisor for London, Chaudhry Dilpazeer, paid a heartfelt tribute to Kashmir’s great freedom hero, Muhammad Afzal Guru, on his death anniversary. In his statement, Chaudhry Dilpazeer described Afzal Guru as a valiant son of occupied Jammu and Kashmir, emphasizing that his sacrifice would not be in vain.He urged the international community to take strict notice of India’s oppressive actions and pressure New Delhi to hand over Afzal Guru’s remains to his family. He condemned the inhumane act of keeping Guru’s body in custody for years after his execution, stating that no civilized society in the world would tolerate such cruelty.Chaudhry Dilpazeer asserted that Afzal Guru was wrongfully executed on false charges and highlighted that Kashmiris have long been victims of Indian oppression. He criticized the Indian government for imposing draconian laws in occupied Jammu and Kashmir to suppress the people.Condemning India’s actions, he reaffirmed that Kashmiris are fighting for their right to self-determination and that India cannot suppress their movement indefinitely. He made it clear that executions and state repression will not help India achieve its objectives and that it must grant Kashmiris their right to self-determination.He also called for an end to restrictions in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the release of political leaders, and the cessation of extrajudicial killings.
