Muzaffarabad, (Parliament Times) : The head teacher of the high school made his own law while appointing grade IV employee despite being overage. Laws and regulations are ignored in the education department.
While Court orders were also ignored. Records including the personal file of the employee were transferred to another institution.
The government has been demanded to take notice from the officials including the Supreme Judiciary. Ignoring the rules and regulations and despite having a case in the court, not only appointed a person of his choice, who is over age, but also transferred him within three months. On which the victim approached the court.
Despite writing a letter from DEO Muzaffarabad, he did not return the record and file. The people of the area have demanded the government and the officials to take notice and take action against the person involved in the matter.
