MPA Abdul Rehman condemns the tragic attack on Chinese near International Airport

Muzaffarabad, (Parliament Times) : Tribal Sardar Abdul Rehman MPA, private address of Balochistan Assembly Muzaffarabad. On this occasion, he has said in a special conversation with the media that as a representative of the people of Balochistan and as a tribal chief, Jinnah of Karachi. I strongly condemn the tragic attack on our Chinese brothers near the International Airport. This cowardly act of violence is not only an insult to the long-standing friendship between Pakistan and China but also a serious violation of Baloch culture. We respect our guests very much and it is against our ethics to harm them. The Chinese who have come here to contribute to the development of Gwadar and other important projects are our honored guests and it is our collective responsibility to protect them.

Said that Gwadar Port is the beating heart of Balochistan’s future. The China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is not just an economic project but a ray of hope. That promises to transform our province. The investment and hard work of our Chinese brothers is paving the way for the prosperous future of Balochistan. Employment opportunities, infrastructure and other development opportunities are being created which we have been waiting for a long time. Sardar Abdul Rahman said that any attack on the Chinese people is an attack on the future of our people. He said that those responsible for this barbaric act Baloch nation will not remain silent if not punished. I request the government of Pakistan and the people of Balochistan to stand together to ensure the safety of our Chinese friends. We must protect those who are working to build a bright future for us. China as a state has always been a true brother and friend of Pakistan. We will not allow a few misguided individuals to harm this precious relationship. He further said that the success of CPEC is essential for the prosperity of Balochistan. I urge every citizen to understand that the growth and development we desire depends on our ability to maintain peace and security. As the leaders of this province, we will take every step necessary to ensure that the perpetrators of this attack are brought to justice as soon as possible and that such incidents are never allowed to happen again.
