Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : Former President and Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Member Legislative Assembly Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan has said that the government should remove the reservations found in Ad-hac employees by making Ad-hac employees permanent immediately and recognizing their legitimate demands.
The employees who have completed 12 or 15 years of services should be ensured to be posted on a permanent basis so that the employees can perform their duties efficiently. Employees are the backbone of any state. They should not be forced to protest, but their legitimate demands should be recognized immediately, he said.
The government should show seriousness and rectify the problems of the contractors so that the process of construction and development can start. It is the responsibility of the government to solve the legitimate problems of the citizens including the employees, while performing its duties.The government should play its active role in solving these problems of the citizens including the employees in Azad Kashmir so that the wheel of state development can run smoothly,he said.
