California, (PR) : Actor Sylvester Stallone is parting ways with his La Quinta, California, villa, listing the property for $3.35 million—approximately $1.15 million less than his original purchase price.
The Mediterranean- and Tuscan-style home, which boasts 4,889 square feet of living space, features four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The listing, managed by Josh Reef of Douglas Elliman, highlights a two-story layout with striking double-height ceilings in the living room, a cozy stone fireplace, and an elegant dining area that opens to a scenic terrace.
Built in 2008, the villa includes a chef’s kitchen equipped with wood cabinets, a central island crafted from wood and stone, a breakfast nook, and a dedicated wine room. According to Reef, Stallone and his family have enjoyed the property for desert vacations, and it has been well maintained throughout their ownership.
Stallone purchased the villa in 2010 for $4.5 million via a trust. Initially listed in 2014 for $4.2 million, the property has experienced several market fluctuations, including being taken off the market in 2016 when it was last listed at $3.625 million.
At 73, Stallone continues to be an iconic figure in Hollywood, best known for his roles in the “Rocky” film series. A representative for the actor confirmed his status as the seller but offered no further comments regarding the listing.
This recent move marks another chapter in Stallone’s real estate journey, reflecting both the challenges of the luxury market and the personal choices of a legendary actor.
