Rawalpindi, (Parliament Times) : Rawalpindi Cantt Board started plantation campaign in Cantt Public Saham School. Member Cantt Board Ch. Abdul Shakoor inaugurated the campaign by planting saplings. The students and children of the school planted saplings and became part of the plantation campaign on this occasion.
Ch. Abdul Shakoor while thanking the school management and CEO Syed Ali Irfan Razvi said that they organized the ceremony for the plantation drive and said that we should plant more trees to make Pakistan greener.
In order to eliminate environmental pollution in the country,he added that the objectives will be achieved very soon. He said that the Cantonment Board Rawalpindi is a big part in making Rawalpindi green. He said that Planting trees is our religious and national duty, due to which forests are increasing
and environmental pollution is decreasing.
Rawalpindi Cantonment Board’s ‘Plant for Pakistan’ campaign is continuing successfully, which has been appreciated by the public and elected representatives.
