AREEBA ALTAF KANASRO
Arshad Nadeem has made us proud. With an unbeatable record of 92.97 meters, mashaAllah, it’s the first time that Pakistan has taken gold in the javelin throw competition at the Paris Olympics. Many congratulations to Arshad Nadeem, his family, and the whole country on this over-win. Before the 14th of August, he gave the gift to the nation. and I would like to extend much luck to the other participants. I would like to congratulate silver medalist Neeraj Chopra and bronze medalist A. Peter. His credit solely belongs to him; without strong support from governing bodies, he has a wholesome moment for life. His journey might be tough, but he has gotten awesome results. Paying for his injuries from his own pocket and preparing in 40-degree Celcius heat without any air conditioning. [CONTINUE] It’s not easy; this can only be possible for a man who has passion, and that was seen in his game, and for that, he really deserves this win. And I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to Pakistan’s Olympics because, like the hockey team, Arshad Nadeem has won on his own efforts; it’s because of the passion and attention they give to their field; otherwise, they are not provided with enough resources.
