MIRPUR ( AJK), (Parliament Times) : ” We – Kashmiris are clear categorically believing in the reality that anyone who moves to unconditional talk to India on Kashmir is a traitor. Whoever he is”, said Dr. Mubeen Shah, veteran Istanbul-based Kashmiri leader from IIOJK, living in exile.
“No unconditional talks on Kashmir with India till the August 5th, 2019 changes are undone”, Dr. Shah categorically said in a statement, reaching and released to the media here on Sunday.
The Kashmiri leader continued as saying that talks only to be held based on a) Time bound negotiations guaranteed by a group of countries like USA , China and Russia ( or any two of them ), he urged besides strongly suggesting reintroduction of 35A with international guarantees, road map of implementation of Kashmiris Right to Self Determination and acknowledging the Hurriyat including JKLF as the representatives of Kashmiris to be represented in the talks.
“Normalization is integral to processes of colonization, settler-colonialism and Indian Illegal occupation of bulk of the internationally acknowledged Jammu Kashmir state, Dr. Mubeen Shah, former President Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry occupied Srinagar and ex founder President of Jammu and Kashmir state Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry emphatically said also fully endorsing as rightly pointed out by one of Kashmiris young authors”, the message said
“Colonizing Kashmir State means the bulk area of the state currently under Indian forced and illegal Occupation for last over 76 years”, the Kashmiri leader concluded
