    A delegation led by Ch. Azhar Sadiq calls on PM AJK

    Islamabad/MIRPUR  (AJK)  (Parliament Times) :: A delegation led by Minister for Communications Chaudhry Azhar Sadiq called on Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq here today.

    The delegation was comprised of Counselor Sandoval Council UK Khayyam Naseem Kayani and former President Bar Association Dadyal Nadeem Kayani Advocate, whereas Hamad Nadeem Kayani Advocate and Nauman Nadeem Kayani were also present on this occasion. While congratulating Mr. Kayani on being elected as a councilor

    , Prime Minister Haq said, ” Kashmiris living abroad are a source of pride for us”.He said that besides contributing to the development of Azad Kashmir by sending remittances back home, the expatriate community was also playing their full role in British politics. He said that the overseas Kashmiris have also played a vital role in highlighting the Kashmir issue in Britain and other parts of the world.

    The prime minister said that promoting Kashmir’s cause both at the national and international level was the first and foremost priority of his government. He said that all available resources would be utilized to strengthen the ongoing freedom struggle in the occupied Kashmir.

    The participants of the delegation, on the occasion, appreciated the Prime Minister’s efforts in highlighting the Kashmir issue and his initiatives to ensure good governance in the liberated territory.
