LAHORE: PTI founder petitions seeking court’s orders to halt his jail trial in contempt of Election Commission (EC) case have been fixed for hearing.
A 3-member bench of LHC presided over by Justice Aalia Neelum will hear the case on January 29.
The court has directed the counsel for petitioner to file more documents.
The court has already sought arguments regarding jurisdiction of court.
