MIRPUR ( AJK), (Parliament Times) : Tourists flocking to top mountainous parts of Azad Jammu & Kashmir have been left disappointed by the ongoing dry spell, which has deprived popular destinations like upper reaches of Neelam and Leepa vallies of their usual snow-covered charm, however, amid this meteorological letdown, a new hotspot has emerged, captivating snow enthusiasts with its pristine beauty – Aran Keil, Guraiz and Surgan valley about 20 km ahead of ancient Sharda in Neelum Valley District of the liberated territory of AJK.
In contrast to the barren landscapes of parts of the picturesque Neelam valley, the vast meadows of the Aran Keil and Surgan Valley are waiting to be draped in a captivating thick white blanket of snow.
Social media is abuzz with awe-inspiring videos showcasing the upcoming severe winter wonderland that the Surgan Valley has become.
Tourists anxiously seeking the magic of snowfall have found solace in the untouched beauty of this hidden gem.
