Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : Instead of the real Nawab family of the state of Juna Garh, the issue of giving the official title of Nawab of Juna Garh to another person by the Ministry of Ambassadors in the past, has echoed in the Houses of Power, and action has been taken against the officers involved.
According to the details, in the past, the Ministry of Ambassadors issued a notification of a person named Jahangir as the Nawab of Juna Gahr instead of the real Nawab family, against which the real Nawab family took full legal action and Nawab Mahabat Khan ( Nawab Ghulam Muhammad Khan, the son of late Princess Taj Bakht (deceased) took full legal action and demanded the DNA of Jahangir, but even DNA was not done on behalf of Jahangir.
Nawab Faiz Muhammad Khan undermined the powers of Nawab of Juna Gahr and Nawab Faiz Muhammad Khan also demanded to get the DNA of Jahangir but no progress was made.
Muhammad Khan has submitted himself for DNA. According to Nawabzada Faiz Muhammad Ghaznavi, grandson of Nawab of Juna Gahr, Nawab Mahabat Khan, the status of Nawab of Juna Gahr is his fundamental, constitutional and legal right and the government of Pakistan should assign him the official title of Nawab of Juna Gahr. In the past, a person named Jahangir was given the title of Junagadh, who was not related to the ruling family of the state of Juna Gahr, and his right was given to someone else by forgery. Attempts were made to contact the authorities but could not be contacted.
