On this occasion, Imran Mukhalis from PPP, Noor Zaman Wazir from ANP, Ashfaq Wazir from Pakhtunkhwa MAP, and Asad Ullah Wazir from Jamaat-e-Islami addressed the protesters and called the arrest of Ayaz Wazir illegal, and rejected it.
The political leaders demanded from the provincial government and Chief Justice of Peshawar that the judicial offices should be shifted from Tank district to South Waziristan Lower headquarters Wana.
On this occasion, the leaders of the political parties also said that South Waziristan Lower district is located 170 km away from Tank district.
The courts and jail of South Waziristan Lower Waziristan are located in Tank district, due to which the poor people of Waziristan are facing a lot of difficulties.
They said, due to the distance of the court and being in another district, the applicants are often left out of appearance in the court.
Which not only wastes the time of the poor people, but the law issues strict orders against it, which adds to the legal complications for the public.
The leaders of the political parties said that the people of South Waziristan Lower District and the political alliance will not appear in the courts in Tank District until that time, that the District Courts are shifted to South Waziristan Lower District.
