DPO Farmanullah assured to solve the legitimate problems of local traders.

WANA: On behalf of the Waziristan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, under the leadership of Taj Mohammad Wazir, met with Maulana Nisar Afghani, the border in-charge of Pakttia in Afghanistan, regarding the problems faced by traders at the Pak-Afghan border Angoor Adda Gate.
In the meeting, there was a detailed discussion on the suspension of business activities on both sides.
Border in-charge Maulana Nisar Afghani said that if the two countries take serious measures against the elements creating obstacles in trade activities on the Pak-Afghan border Angoor add, so God willing, the problem will be solved.
He said that we are always ready, if the government of Pakistan wants to solve this problem seriously and capture the elements who have erected barriers on the border.
He said that if the business community from both sides sit together and solve the problem through negotiations, then they will get positive results.
The border officer-in-charge added that the trade activities on the remaining borders with the Pakistani government are quite good but unfortunately, people have been greatly affected by the suspension of commercial activities on the Pak-Afghan border Angoor Adda.
On the other hand, Waziristan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Waziristan Goods Transport and various other unions held detailed talks with DPO Farmanullah Wardag, of Lower Waziristan, regarding Angoor Adda border.
In which it was unanimously decided that all the vehicles coming from Afghanistan towards Lower South Waziristan, no one will stop them in any way, If anyone has any liabilities regarding the vehicle, the said driver or owner will contact the local administration, police or FC in this regard and from today, all the vehicles coming from Afghanistan for trade are allowed and it was decided, as many problems as there are, they will be solved through mutual consultation through Jirga.
On this occasion, DPO said that from today any vehicle will come to Pakistan from the Afghanistan side, if any individual, owner or union members him, they will report to the district administration, police and FC, and legal action will be taken against anyone who obstructs business without authorities.
DPO Farmanullah said that from today there will be no restriction on all the transport vehicles from Afghanistan side coming to Pakistan.
When the businessman Taj Muhammad was asked about this, he said that until the government of Pakistan provides us facilities like other borders, the protest will continue.
He further said that thousands of people have become unemployed due to the lack of facilities at the Angoor Adda border.
The government of Pakistan should ensure the provision of facilities on an emergency basis for the war-torn Waziristan on the border.
In this regard, the customs officials at the Angoor Adda border say that only two vehicles have been moved today, Only 01 vehicle of onion and tomato on the import side and 01 vehicle for export.
