Despite being an independent state since the mid of twentieth century, China was abducted by the gesture of dictatorship. Taking this into notice, it has been observed from british colonialism till xin Jin ping today. Undoubtedly, the country has the worst democratic system. Nevertheless, China has revolutionized herself and eventually become the top world leading economy. This triumphant journey includes enormous events and great personalities that made the country prosper with great emphasis. Moreover, there were many flaws and imperfections that were practiced and resolved by introducing an alternative way.

In this short write up, the very significant events and turning points are being discussed that will enable us to understand the great legacy of China. It was 1949, the independence from british occupation, there was chaos and instability in all over the country, during the unfavorable circumstances, Mao Zedong, a communist and poet came to govern the state. While having flaws and imperfections in his era, Zedong’s ruling had deep roots in every sector of China. In addition, he held a strong position in the shape of his army. Afterwards , the Cultural Revolution, formally known as the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, was a sociopolitical movement in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) launched by Mao Zedong in 1966, and lasted until his death in 1976.

Unfortunately, the state was on the verge of the worst economic crisis ever. At that time, China contributed only 2.5% of global GDP. Mao was a dictator no doubt. It was very disappointing to know that all those are assassinated if one could speak against him. Even birds were brutally killed as they were held responsible for exploiting agriculture. Harsh consequences were being visualized. People were exhausted entirely. Death wedded to Mao due to serious illness. This was the turning point for Qin dynasty. Deng Xiaoping was elected as an emerging leader of the People Republic of China. Deng’s period of ruling, left no stone unturned to strengthen the economy. He introduced prominent policies in china to cope with losing stat’s dignity. Similarly, his undertakings were exceptional throughout history.
