Bagh,  (Parliament Times) :  The decision to join Pakistan is the ideological spokesperson of the Kashmiri people, these views were expressed by the central chief organizer of Pakistan People’s Party Azad Kashmir and the minister of the government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Zia ul Qamar, while talking to journalists. The Kashmiri leadership of the time determined its future with a country that is geographically, culturally and religiously compatible with the region of Kashmir in accordance with the sentiments and aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
Before the establishment of Pakistan, on July 19, 1947, at the house of Ghazi Millat Sardar Ibrahim Khan in Srinagar, the resolution of accession to Pakistan was passed. The atrocities committed in Kashmir by the Modi government based on the philosophy of the RSS have been pointed out by international human rights organizations in their various reports. The decision I took was based on foresight. Even today, Kashmiris living all over the world are celebrating this day with the determination that one day they will definitely decide their future through referendum. They paid tribute to the leaders. There, they have demanded the international human rights organizations to play a role in the release of all the prisoners, including Yasin Malik, who are imprisoned in Indian jails. Sardar Zia Qamar said that the houses of leaders like Mirwaiz Umar Farooq have been converted into prisons, which is a clear violation of basic human rights.
