ATTOCK: Provincial Minister Communication, works excise taxation and narcotics control Punjab Mr. Bilal Afzal on Thursday during his surprise inspection of under construction roads of district Attock has said that all available sources are being utilized by the Punjab Government to provide maximum relief to tis people after uplifting the communication network of the Punjab. He was also accompanied by Executive Engineer Highways Punjab Attock Mr. Ashfaq Sulehry, Deputy Director Public Relations Punjab Attock Mr. Shahzad Niaz and other heads of the relevant departments. The Provincial Minister Mr. Bilal Afzal also visited the ongoing construction work of roads include Kharpa interchange link Mahluwali measuring 29.30 kms with the cost of Rs.900 million, CPEC Kharpa interchange to Akhlas covering the length of 09 km incurring cost of Rs.400 million and Mithial chowk to Pindigheb City having length of 30 kilometers with cost of Rs.1500 kms. He was also made comprehensive briefing by the officers of the Highways Department. The visiting provincial minister also directed the officers of public functionaries to ensure the completion of these road networks within the stipulated period making benefitted for the people besides maintaining the quality of work as par with the approved qualitative SOPS of government of the Punjab, he added.
