ISLAMABAD, (Parliament Times): A two-member delegation of Riphah International University comprising Mr. Hassan Muhammad Khan (Chancellor) & Prof Dr. Yawar Hayat Khan (Deputy Vice Chancellor Academics) visited International Medical University (IMU) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The delegation was warmly welcomed by the honorable Vice Chancellor (IMU) Prof. Dr. Aziz Baba & his team. During the visit, the delegation engaged in productive discussions to explore potential avenues for collaboration between Riphah International University and International Medical University (IMU). The delegation also had the opportunity to be guided through a comprehensive tour of the cutting-edge facilities at IMU.

Additionally, the possibility of jointly organizing a Health Professions Education (HPE) Conference, merging the ICME and IMEC conferences, in 2025 was deliberated upon and is currently being considered. The visit to International Medical University marked a significant milestone in the pursuit of academic collaboration between Riphah International University and IMU. Both institutions are committed to exploring opportunities for knowledge sharing, research collaboration, and joint initiatives that will contribute to the advancement of healthcare education and research on a global scale.
