KARACHI,(Parliament Times): A delegation led by Secretary General of Council of Newspaper Editors CPNE Aamir Mahmood arrived at Bahadurabad, the centre of MQM Pakistan, Convenor Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Senior Deputy Convenor Syed Mustafa Kamal, Dr Farooq Met with members of the coordination committee. In the delegation council of Newspaper Editors Secretary General Aamir Mahmood, Vice President Sindh Dr Jabbar Khattak, and members Hamid Hussain Abidi, Saeed Khawar, Abdul Khaliq Ali, Maqsood Yousafi, Mudassar Alam, Ijazul Haq and Mehmood, Alam Khalid, Salman Qureshi, Arif Baloch, Ghulam Nabi Chandio, Sher Mohammad Khawar, Syed Mudassar, Abdul Sami Mungrio and others were included.
While talking to the delegation, Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui informed the journalists about the concerns of MQM regarding the census.
While informing, he said that he also informed about the abuses in the urban areas of Sindh, especially Karachi and Hyderabad, and said that the people of the urban areas of Sindh were not being counted. The representatives of the journalistic community also informed the MQM of their various concerns, on which they assured all possible support from the MQM, while also considering the overall political and economic situation of the country and the problems faced by the journalistic institutions.
