Aasma Ismail Butt decides to present stage drama on life of Punjab’s well-known historical character “Dulla Bhatti”

Islamabad,  (Parliament Times) : Pakistan’s well-known producer and director Aasma Ismail Butt has decided to present a stage drama on the life of Punjab’s well-known historical character “Dulla Bhatti” to pay tribute to her national heroes.whose script distribution ceremony was held at Rawalpindi Arts Council. A large number of artists participated in the event.
Ms. Aasma Ismail Butt thanked the participants on this occasion and said that this drama contains the courageous life of “Dulla Bhatti”, the lion of Punjab.
In which the priceless moments of his life and heroic deeds will be mirrored.
With the help of this Drama, a message will be given to the young generation to follow the footsteps of their national heroes.Because living nations always remember their heroes, but those who forget them, Failure is their destiny.
Aasma Ismail Butt said that a stage drama was made on Dulla Bhatti only in the black and white era.After that, no film or drama was made on this great character in Hindu Pakistan.
In this play, I will do the directing myself.Its writer is Arshad Chahal, while the associate director of this stage drama will be Sulaiman Sunny.This drama will be presented on 26 May 2023.Famous TV and stage artists will play their roles in the drama.Among them are artists Afzal Latifi, Ali Zeib, Mehboob Ilyas, Rizwana Khan, Subia, Honey, Kaleem Khan, Jhalak, and others.
