JAMSHORO. Orientation Session for Executive MBA Health Management Program at Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS) was held at Video Conference Hall, LUMHS on Wednesday..
This session was attended by professionals with diversified backgrounds having an average experience of 10 years.
Classes for this weekend program will commence from Saturday, March 25, 2023.
On this occasion, Vice Chancellor LUMHS Prof. Dr. Ikram Din Ujjan emphasized on the importance of Health Management Program through which newly admitted students will learn skills with respect to finance and risk management, strategic management and leadership. These skills will address critical areas such as team building, empathy and communication along with process improvement which will give them an edge in solving complex challenges pertaining to business and health management.
Azar Akbar, Program Director, EMBA elaborated salient features of the Executive MBA program followed by introduction of each admitted student.
Executive MBA Program faculty Dr. Syed Asif Ali, Dr. Shah Muhammad Kamran and Dr. Adnan Pitafi expressed their views and highlighted significance of the program.
Prof. Dr. Feroze Kalhoro, Dean Faculty of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Ashok Kumar Narsani, Dean Faculty of Surgery and Allied Sciences and Prof. Dr. Munawar Alam Ansari, Dean Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences while expressing their views about Executive MBA Program appreciated the vision of the Vice Chancellor, LUMHS who has recognized the importance of this program which is the need of the hour as this program will help professionals to equip themselves with best practices of health management.
This milestone was witnessed by various stakeholders which includes Deans, Registrar, Chairpersons, HODs, Faculty Members, Directors and Staff.
