Minister LG&RD Panjab directs all the administrative bodies to make Rawalpindi a model city together.

Rawalpindi, (Parliament Times): The Minister of Local Government and Rural Development of Punjab, Ibrahim Hasan Murad, has directed that all the administrative bodies should make a model of Rawalpindi city together. Doors should be installed at the entrances of the city and they should be kept clean. Flour distribution should be made clean and transparent. The convenience of the public should be taken care of. He expressed these thoughts during his visit to Rawalpindi while addressing a meeting of the heads of various departments of the local government and Rawalpindi Waste Management Company. Citizens will be able to register their complaints on the toll-free number and a system for immediate redressal of these complaints has been made.He said that the Punjab government is continuing the process of free distribution of flour worth millions of rupees for low-income citizens. While talking to the journalists, he said that he has directed to solve the problems of cleaning, sanitation, and illegal encroachments on a priority basis.
