In countries around the world including Pakistan, Kashmir Solidarity Day is celebrated every year on February 5 with the commemoration that the entire Muslim Ummah is an equal participant in the freedom movement of the state of Jammu and Kashmir. And that Kashmir is the artery of Pakistan. At the same time, they strongly condemn the atrocities of the Indian government. The Muslim community around the world appeals to the United Nations. The two resolutions were given in favor of Kashmir’s at the time of the partition of India. In light of these resolutions, immediate justice should be provided to the Kashmiri people. India is engaged in all kinds of abuses against Kashmir’s. On August 5, 2019, it abolished Article 370 of its constitution and deprived Occupied Kashmir of its special status. Today, twenty-two million people of Pakistan, Azad Kashmir, and Pakistanis and Kashmir’s living around the world express solidarity with the oppressed, subjugated, and forced people of Jammu and Kashmir under the illegal rule of India. On the other hand, the Kashmiri people are also constantly demanding their right to self-determination for freedom from Indian rule which was promised to them in the resolutions of the United Nations at the time of the partition of India. The background of the purpose of celebrating Kashmir Solidarity Day every year is that since the partition of India, the rights of Kashmir’s have been violated. And till today, the Muslim majority areas are under the occupation of the enemy country, India. That there have been continuous requests from the United Nations organizations to make the freedom of Kashmir’s a state. Despite the passage of time, organizations around the world have remained silent. India is not ready to sit at the negotiation table in the Kashmir issue.A long period of 76 years has passed, but the independence of the state of Jammu and Kashmir was not possible from the clutches of India. It should be remembered that at the time when Pakistan and India were divided, according to the resolutions of independence, the areas where Muslims were the majority were the areas of Pakistan. To be included in. Occupied Kashmir was also included. But the Maharaja of the then state of Jammu and Kashmir, who had met the Hindus, got together with them, due to which the Indian government illegally sent its troops to the areas of Jammu and Kashmir and occupied many parts of Kashmir. Despite this, the Kashmir’s continued their vigorous struggle. In this struggle, it was close that Kashmir would be freed from the domination of India. Immediately, India raised the issue of Kashmir in the United Nations. As a result, two resolutions were passed by the United Nations. Apparently, these resolutions were in favor of Kashmir’s, because according to them, one was that the right of Kashmir’s to self-determination was recognized and the other was that it was decided that Kashmir’s should The opportunity of a referendum should be provided to make a decision. 76 years ago, the United Nations has passed two resolutions, but after that, the issue of Kashmir’s independence is still being considered by the United Nations. Due to this Kashmir’s today the people are forced to live in India’s impure ambitions. Today, celebrating solidarity with Kashmir’s is not only meant to holding seminars, meetings, and ceremonies. Rather, it is necessary to convince the international community that Kashmir’s should be given freedom. Get rid of Indian atrocities. Human rights days are celebrated all over the world. But the entire international community is silent on such great cruelty and violations of the human rights of Kashmir’s. Because, no positive reaction is being seen against India. Many wars were also fought for the freedom of Kashmir from 1947 till today. We should also present strong resolutions in our houses and strongly appeal to the international community to liberate the state of Jammu and Kashmir, which has been occupied by India since the partition of India. We call it the aorta and on the other hand mountains of cruelty are being inflicted on the Kashmir’s. Our aorta is locked in the claws of our traditional and eternal enemy. The Indian government is doing all kinds of atrocities. Today’s rallies, processions, and ceremonies are a manifestation of India’s actions against these oppressed Kashmir’s. Stop the atrocities immediately. Observing and commemorating one day in a year means that we constantly urge the UN agencies to emphasize India in accordance with the UN resolutions of 1947. Human rights organizations around the world highlight the UN resolutions and should play role in providing justice to Kashmir’s because human rights are being violated by the Indian government day by day.
