Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Ibrahim Hasan Taha has said that Pakistan is an important pillar of the Muslim Ummah. The only way for the development of the Muslim Ummah is higher education. In a meeting with scholar Prof. Sajjad Qamar. Hussain Ibrahim Taha said that knowledge and discovery are the heritage of Muslims. Ibn Khaldun, Al-Razi, Ibn Al-Haytham and other great scientists were Muslims.
If we want to take back our sad legacy, then we have to move forward in the field of education. We have to work hard on research and inventions. Professor Sajjad Qamar thanked the Secretary General for the warm welcome and said that Hussain Ibrahim Taha. During his visit to Pakistan, he visited the Line of Control and won the hearts of the people of Kashmir and Pakistan. The issue of Kashmir is the incomplete agenda of the division of the subcontinent. And referendum is the only solution. Professor Sajjad Qamar said that UMTOIC will organize a conference of the best Muslim scientists of the Muslim world in Pakistan and It will have substantial results. He said that education is at the bottom of our priorities. If we want to compete with the modern world, we have to increase the education budget.
